30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and components.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Free Return Shipping

Kastivo provides a free return shipping label for approved returns.

There are no restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products. Please contact our support team before returning your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Products that have been modified or improperly assembled.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization.
